“Our Salesman at a local store told us that our floor would be leveled before the hardwood was installed. Priority Flooring was the sub contractor for the store. They came and installed the floor, it looked wonderful. We noticed the floor had not been leveled once we put the baseboards back. We called Priority Flooring and ask about the leveling of the floor, they knew nothing about it. We then spoke to our salesman and he informed us he had forgotten to note that the floor needed leveling first. Another sub contracter showed up a week later to install out transitions, he didn’t have the right tools so he couldn’t finish the job either. We then informed our saleman that only Priority Flooring was allowed back to our home, they came back ripped up the areas to be leveled and installed new hardwood flooring in those areas. I didn’t relalize how much work went into cutting out each board. It took longer to replace the bad area then to install the whole floor the first time.
